Fit Tip:

The best way to prevent fitness plateaus is to provide your body with constantly varied workouts. This means our exercises, reps, sets/rounds, load, etc. should continually change.

 

Mental/Emotional Tip:

We need to realize success is measured over time. A quick fix will never produce lasting results. Planning in advance and being consistent are vital in building a solid foundation on which to build.



Spiritual Tip:

It is God who goes with you; He will not fail you or forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6

God is present in every single moment of our lives. It is so important not to do things in our own strength. We must give up control and allow God to gradually change our lives into what we were created to be. It may not be easy or comfortable now, but in due season we will reap a bountiful harvest.
